    Fantastic Buying Experience

By Georgina G on 11 January 2016 | Verified purchase

TC Motors were very professional, the car was in lovely condition with all its paperwork and service history and was sold at a fantastic price. Cannot recommend them enough. Was the perfect experience. Great after sales service too in arranging a 12 month warranty for me. Thanks guys!

If I could write a review without any stars I would. We bought a 54 plate Ford KA from here that some unrealiable MOT company had passed. We took it to get checked at another garage and it failed its MOT. We were not surprised but we did it because TC Motors sold this car to an older woman. It cost us 440 pounds to make it road worthy. TC promised to pay us 100 towards the costs but they never paid. The other thing TC Motors did was take a blue Ford KA from the older lady that was deemed unroad-worthy and within 24 hours the blue Ford KA was on TC Motors website quoting it had a full service history and MOT. I questioned this and they told me they would explain to anyone purchasing it that it needed 600 of work done before anyone could buy it. They then told me several days later that they had the 600 pounds worth of work done. I suspect not. I hope if you bought this car you will get it checked and ask to see a receipt of the work carried out.

Dodgy dealers who dont answer when unhappy

By Mat M on 24 February 2018 | Purchase not verified

Bought a car from these guys-£4k, engine management light on when delivered(filthy with tobacco evrrywhere), battery failed two days later, needs new turbo £1200 and suspension items £500 and thermostats £300 total £2k. When rang about the turbo told to wait a month and claim off the warranty. Car part exchanged for £400 is now for sale at £3.6k. Dodgy
